Parents’ & students’ questions
Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes. Every student starts with a free trial class. It helps the teacher understand the student’s level so we can recommend the right course and schedule — with no obligation to enrol.
Can class timings be arranged for our country?
Yes. We teach families in the UAE, USA, Canada, the UK and beyond. Tell us your city and preferred time and we will match a teacher whose hours fit your local time — including after-school and weekend slots.
How many days a week are classes, and how long is each class?
The regular option is 5 days a week (Monday–Friday), 30 minutes per live session. You can request more or fewer days, and weekend classes are available.
Who teaches the classes?
All classes are taught one-to-one by qualified female Aalimah teachers, with a patient, child-friendly approach.
Who can enrol?
Children aged 4 and above (boys and girls), and adult sisters (female only).
How will we know how our child is progressing?
Parents receive a monthly progress report covering attendance, what has been learned, revision needs and areas to improve. You can also message us at any time.
Can parents sit in on the class?
Yes — parents are always welcome to sit with younger children during class, and we encourage it, especially in the first few weeks.
What do we need for online classes?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection, a headset if possible, and a quiet space. We will share the class link and setup steps before the trial.
Which Fiqh do you follow?
For Fiqh-related lessons, the academy follows the Sunni Hanafi school, taught in an age-appropriate, practical way.
What subjects are included besides Qur’an and Tajweed?
Depending on age and programme, lessons can include Seerah, Hadith, daily Duas, Islamic manners and basic Fiqh, alongside Qur’an reading, Tajweed and memorisation.
How are fees paid for international students?
After the trial we send a monthly quote in your currency (for example USD, CAD, AED or GBP). Payment is made monthly through the secure method we share with you.
What if we miss a class?
Let us know in advance and we will do our best to arrange a make-up class at another suitable time.
